AMIB Annual Picnic Brings Friends, Fun, and Lasting Memories

This year's event was held at the RWJBarnabas Health Field of Dreams in Toms River, a one-of-a-kind recreational complex designed to be fully accessible and inclusive for individuals with disabilities.

Residents from all of AMIB's homes came together for a day filled with laughter, friendship, and community spirit. Each home proudly wore matching themed T-shirts that reflected the personality and creativity of their home, adding a fun sense of pride and team spirit to the celebration.

The picnic featured a delicious lunch, music, karaoke, cornhole, kickball, baseball, and a variety of other games and activities that kept everyone smiling throughout the day. Residents also enjoyed exploring the many accessible features of the Field of Dreams while reconnecting with friends from other AMIB homes and making new memories together.

Events like our Annual Picnic remind us that AMIB is more than an organization, it's a family where friendships grow, community strengthens, and lasting memories are made.
